The BMI Property Maintenance Department is committed to the continuous care and upkeep of REO properties. Upon completion of initial services, the BMI team performs ongoing lawn maintenance, monthly refresh cleans, weekly pool service, and snow removal until the property asset is sold. Our dedicated property maintenance teams are focused on ensuring maintenance is consistently performed to maximize marketability and ensure compliance with local code enforcement ordinances. By providing recurring interior and exterior services and communication with the city code enforcement, we promote continued curb appeal and pride to all of our assists like they are our own.
Once a property has completed the initial services, yards are cut on a bi weekly schedule. Regular yard maintenance services include: mowing front, sides, and back yard, edging all walkways, weed eating and blowing all walkways and driveway.
Routine Maid Services
BMI provides Monthly Maid Service refresh sales cleans. BMI Maid service will refresh the assest once a month to keep the property ready for showing and in move-in condition. This service includes: cleaning cabinets, pantry, counter tops, sinks, faucets, tubs, showers, toilets, ceiling fans, mirrors, light fixtures, HVAC vents, and baseboards, vacuum carpets, wet mop floors and place new air fresheners on counter in kitchen and bathrooms.
Pool maintenance is available per client’s request. Pool services range from start-up (drain, acid wash, refill, chemical balance) to equipment repair and replacement if necessary. BMI standard pool maintenance until property is sold includes covering the pool with a standard mesh pool cover, and after the property is sold (and per client request) we can uncover the pool, drain, pressure clean and refill including chemicals. All services are performed by experienced and licensed contractors.
Landscape packages are available as an option to our clients for curb appeal or for HOA requirements. Packages vary and may include: installing mulch, plants, trees, shrubs and flowers to improve curb appeal.
